Data-driven and insight-obsessed, Jen distills research, cultural trends, and stakeholder needs into focused brand strategies that guide teams toward aligned, effective execution. She’s known for making tough challenges feel manageable, keeping everyone focused on outcomes, and never losing sight of the people behind the numbers.


Respected for her collaborative leadership and valued for her creativity, Jen brings curiosity, humor, and a practical mindset to every engagement. Her goal is simple: to help brands communicate with clarity, connect with purpose, and grow with confidence.

Cathryn Olchowy

Cathryn is a strategic business leader and innovative thinker with deep cross-functional expertise spanning marketing, consumer insights, innovation, R&D, culinary, strategy, and sales. She has more than three decades of experience shaping growth for global and local brands, both food and non-food. And with half her career spent on the client side and half in consulting, she brings a rare empathetic perspective that drives teams to greater clarity and alignment.


Cathryn’s breadth of experience enables her to move seamlessly between analytical rigor and creative problem-solving, surfacing opportunities others often overlook and ensuring strategies are both inspiring and executable.


Her leadership is grounded in a strong academic foundation, including an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a BA in Food Service Management, and an AOS in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
