Jen is an accomplished executive with international experience at top agencies in Hong Kong, London, San Francisco and Colorado. In addition to leading global branding programs with Fortune 500 clients, she has also worked with start-ups, entrepreneurs and non-profits. She has a wide range of category expertise including foodservice, CPG and health and wellness sectors.
Known as an inspiring leader, Jen built the brand practice at the Sterling-Rice Group, cultivated high-performing teams, and developed proprietary tools and processes for strategic and creative deliverables.

Jen's career began with an internship analyzing IRI data, sparking the beginning of a career dedicated to achieving tangible results.
Throughout her career, she has led teams in delivering integrated campaigns that cover brand strategy, media planning and creative development, consistently seeing strategies through to their execution. All with a look towards how to make an impact in today’s culture and creating immediate relevancy.
